These terms and conditions govern your use of the Enclave Cabinetry website and the purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.
About us
Enclave Cabinetry is a bespoke cabinetry workshop based at Unit 2, Poplars Farm East, East Heckington, Sleaford, Lincolnshire PE20 3QF. You can reach us at info@enclavecabinetry.com or 07944 608098.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order on our website or by direct enquiry constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. Until that confirmation is sent, no contract exists between us.
Bespoke products
Many of our products are made bespoke to your specifications. Once production has begun on a bespoke order, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable except where the product is faulty or does not match the agreed specification.
Pricing
All prices on our website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Payment
Payment is required in line with the terms confirmed at order acceptance. For bespoke orders, this is typically a deposit on order confirmation and the balance prior to delivery or installation. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation timeframes are estimates given in good faith. While we work hard to meet quoted dates, occasional delays can occur due to material supply or workshop scheduling. We will keep you informed of any changes.
Risk and ownership of the goods passes to you on delivery or installation. Title to the goods does not pass to you until payment in full has been received.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Guarantee
All Enclave Cabinetry products carry a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
Returns
Bespoke goods made to your specification cannot be returned unless faulty. Non-bespoke products purchased through our online shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition for a refund of the product cost (delivery costs are non-refundable).
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, designs, and text — is the property of Enclave Cabinetry and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
