Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping nationwide on all orders within the UK. We handle the delivery of both bespoke and standard furniture directly, ensuring a safe and timely arrival.

Processing Time & Lead Times
– Standard Products: Orders will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking approximately 4 weeks.
– Bespoke Orders: Due to the nature of custom-made products, the lead time for bespoke furniture will be confirmed at the start of your project. Typically, bespoke items will be delivered within 4 to 12 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the design and scope of work. Specific delivery times will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping Costs
We’re pleased to offer free shipping nationwide on all orders within the UK. The cost of shipping is included in the product price, so there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Delivery Times
– Standard Orders: We aim to deliver standard orders within 4 weeks of dispatch.
– Bespoke Orders: The delivery time for custom items will be confirmed during the design process. Typically, bespoke items will be delivered within 4 to 12 weeks from order confirmation.

We aim to meet all delivery dates, but please note that there could be some minor delays due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, third-party courier delays).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery via [Courier’s Website]. For bespoke orders, we’ll confirm the delivery date and keep you updated throughout the process.

My only slight complaint is that the project took a bit longer than originally expected due to delays waiting for some parts to arrive. However, this was outside of Danny's control, and he made sure everything was completed to a high standard once the parts arrived.
